In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, one of the biggest challenges facing students is not the lack of opportunities—it is the lack of industry-relevant skills. Every year, thousands of graduates enter the job market with degrees in hand, yet many struggle to secure meaningful career opportunities because the gap between academic learning and industry expectations continues to widen.
As a technocrat and a passionate advocate for skill development, I firmly believe that education alone is no longer enough. Success today demands practical knowledge, technological adaptability, professional competencies, and a mindset of continuous learning.
My professional journey has been dedicated to empowering young talent and building stronger industry-academia connections. Prior to joining this organization, I served as Assistant Manager – HR & Corporate Relations, where I worked extensively with engineering institutions, corporate leaders, and aspiring professionals. Over the years, I have had the privilege of training and mentoring more than 15,000 engineering students, guiding them in career development, employability enhancement, placement readiness, and professional growth.
I have also served as a Program and Training Coordinator for numerous engineering colleges, where I successfully designed and managed industry-oriented training initiatives, placement preparation programs, technical workshops, and skill enhancement activities aimed at creating job-ready professionals.
